3. Counter-Notification

If your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification under Section 512(g)(3) of the DMCA, including:

  • A description of the removed material and where it was located before removal
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you believe the removal was a mistake
  • Your consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate federal court
  • Your physical or electronic signature

4. Action Upon Receipt of Notification

Upon receiving a valid takedown notice, we may:

  • Remove or disable access to the reported content
  • Notify the person responsible for posting it, if applicable
  • Suspend or terminate repeat infringers when necessary

If a valid counter-notification is received, the content may be restored unless the original copyright owner files legal action within 10 business days.

5. Misrepresentation Notice

Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, anyone who knowingly submits a false copyright claim may be held liable for damages, including legal costs. We take all notices seriously and ask that claims be accurate and made in good faith.
